Senior Advisor, Extractive Industries and Human Development Center
Ian Mwiinga serves as the National Coordinator for the Zambia Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative (EITI) Secretariat within the Ministry of Mines and Minerals Development.
He oversees administrative and implementation support for the Zambia EITI Council, chaired by the Secretary to Treasury. He has previously represented Anglophone and Lusophone EITI countries on the EITI International board.
He is also currently serving as a member of the Public Private Dialogue Forum (PPDF) under the Mining cluster. The PPDF is a platform that was created by the Government of Zambia to promote and foster dialogue between the Private sector and the Government.
